Shipping

We offer shipping on anything we can pack up and send through the post. We are happy to offer this additional option for our customers!

Special Orders

We've set up our website to display items that are available from our suppliers even when we don't have any in stock, or normally wouldn't carry them. These items will show up as a "Special Orders" under availability. These items will normally take about a week to arrive at our location, although we have seen longer with delays due to Covid. All special orders are final sale unless otherwise authorized by a staff member.

Domestic Shipping

We are happy to offer Free Shipping on all Domestic Shipping orders over $99*. For shipping under $99, rates are calculated based off of the size and weight of the items purchased.

* We currently do not offer shipping on all bikes, frames, and trainers as they are too large to ship. These items are Hand Delivery and In-Store Pickup only.

In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup is available at no cost for all items, including bikes. Most orders will be ready within one business day. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from off-site locations. Other items may require additional processing time for assembly. We will always call or email you once your order is ready for pickup.

Hand Delivery

Customers nearby our location may select 'Hand Delivery' for orders. We set this up for bike deliveries for the majority of Metro Vancouver. If you are unable to come down to the store, or if you don't have a way to get a bike home, this option is for you.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer International shipping. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Returns

We strive to bring in products that we can stand by. If you are not happy with something you purchased from us, we will do our best to make things right. For most items*, we will refund the original purchase amount if returned within two weeks of your purchase for items in new and re-sellable condition. Merchandise that appears used and cannot be put back for sale are not eligible to be returned. All returns or exchanges also require the original receipts. Returns can also only be made to the same payment method and card originally used to make the purchase.

* Discounted items and Special Orders are final sale. Labor fees, such as custom wheel builds or other services, are non-refundable. Bikes require labor and time to assemble and tune. We take great care to give every single bike as much attention as possible before putting it out on the floor. The same goes for returned bikes. That is why bike returns, even if in seemingly perfect condition, will always incur a $80 restocking fee.

Prices and Information

Our website is intended to help you. We make every effort to maintain current, accurate prices in our online catalog. And we strive for similar accuracy and timeliness with the other information we offer here. However, inventory or pricing errors may occur especially during the extra volatility of Covid, and we reserve the right to decline or cancel any orders where mistakes or discrepancies in price or stock status exist regardless of the source of the error. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience such mistakes may create. We will do our best to communicate alternatives if and when these situations arrive.
