Free Ground Shipping Over $150

We offer FREE ground shipping on most orders over $150 with a few exceptions. Bikes and wheels require a separate shipping quote because of their non-standard shipping sizes.

When you order any of these items online there will no charge for shipping shown at checkout. Our Customer Service Team will contact you once your order has been accepted, and they will arrange the most cost effective and convenient shipping method to your address in Canada.

Who do you ship with?

All orders are shipped via Canada Post, and sometimes UPS or FedEx. They are very reliable and provide tracking.

Can I order a bike online?

The majority of our bikes are available for purchase online and can be shipped to your home, and these models are shown on our web-store as available for online purchase. However, three of our brands that we carry: Devinci, Norco & Yuba are restricted to in-store sales. You can order them online but they must be picked up in-store.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Depending on the products you purchase shipping is pretty fast. Give us a day or so to get it ready and passed onto our primary carrier, Canada Post, or sometimes we use FedEx or UPS.

Canada Post is typically 5 to 7 days across Canada sometimes faster. UPS and FedEx are more like 3 to 5 days. If you require expedited shipping please contact our Customer Service Team and we will be happy to help you out.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. We always provide a tracking number.

Can I request expedited shipping?

Yes. in our checkout system we offer 2-day shipping via Canada Post, UPS or FedEx at our discretion. Overnight shipping is also possible. Call our office for a rate quote and more details.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time we only ship to the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii), Great Britain, Germany, France, Australia, Hong Kong and Singapore.

Can I pick up my order at your store?

If you live in Vancouver, or if you are planning a visit, you can pick-up your bike at Bike Doctor on Broadway.

How soon will my order be ready for pick-up? at Bike Doctor?

If you order online, please allow approximately three (3) hours to prepare your order from the time it was placed. All our inventory is on site so we're pretty fast. However, sometimes a part or a tool might be in our warehouse (close by) so extra time might be needed. The best thing to do is to call ahead.

What's your warranty situation like?

Easy. Conditions under which an item is deemed to be under warranty vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. We honour all warranty claims unless its normal wear and tear or improper care or unnecessary roughness. Contact a member of our team at 604.873.2453 so that we can help you in a timely manner. Prior to calling us make sure you have -

  • your order number
  • brief description of the claim
  • photo of the item / defect

Please note "Return Shipping" on warranty claims is the responsibility of the buyer.

Can I return products purchased online?

Yes, absolutely. Returns are possible within 12-days of the delivery date. Please see the Returns & Exchanges tab in the bottom footer for a detailed explanation.

I ordered a bike online. How is it packed and how much assembly is required when it arrives?

We ship our bikes about 80% pre-built, which means the bikes are put together just enough for shipping purposes. Some assembly is required including the wheels, saddle, handlebar and pedals.

We strongly advise that your bike be assembled by a certified bike mechanic otherwise this will have an impact on your warranty. Keep the bike shop receipt as proof of professional assembly.
